Gymnastics:
Worked on Kipping - got to 3 with no band.

Hand Stands - Jen beat me, but had her tush on the wall :-P

Workout:
Got through 21 of the KBS and 10 of the push ups
so 18 plus 10 push ups?

my back is SORE!!! lol
