     100 M Walking Lunge
     50 Hang D.B Squat Cleans
     25 HSPU

B: 18:00 (w/35Lb DBs) Shoulder presses in place of HSPUs

B: 21:08 with 30lbs DB
(really need to work on those HSPU!!)

B) Super Mod: 165 DU / 40lb DB / ab mat then blue block then finished with a purple block: 23:20.

B. 18:18 w 25lb DB - only got to 89 DU's before cap... I need some serious work. RAGE

A) 45 x 3 (50 x 2 twice)

B) 20:11 w 25lb DBs and 169 DUs by 4:30 cap (6 HSPUs to blue block and rest to purple)
