A) A bunch of strict pull-ups to start and finish. In the middle I worked my way up to 35lbs for one good one.

B) 10:42 @ 45kg Thrusters.

A. 3 EMOM for 12 min with 2 black bands. Which is excessively depressing because last time i did this, I only used one black one.
