A) up to 15kg strict overhand (tried PR of 18.5 and could only tap my head under the bar)B) 11:09 w 25kg
A) sets of 3 quality reps EMOM for a whileB) 8:56
A) A bunch of strict pull-ups to start and finish. In the middle I worked my way up to 35lbs for one good one. B) 10:42 @ 45kg Thrusters.
A. 3 EMOM for 12 min with 2 black bands. Which is excessively depressing because last time i did this, I only used one black one. B. 12:32 w 30kg
