We've been waiting to post this...men proceed with caution as this is painful to watch...and to all the women, do not try this at home the people you see performing these stunts are trained professionals...but really, sports science?...we tried to find the same high-tech big budget analysis of the clean & jerk or the snatch and guess what...no luck, so here you have it a HUGE kick in the nuts!
