WOD

A. Back Squat 6-6-6

B. For 10 Minutes
    Perform 10 C2B Each Minute
    Odd Min AMRAP Push-Ups
    Even Min AMRAP Pistols

Post total Push-Ups and Pistols.

Moded 5 pullups, release pushups and knee to floor for pistols...sucky!

B : that was a doozy. Went down to 5 pull ups
at min 6. Calculated later that push ups to paralletes was 70 , and pistols were 46ish. Legs were jello from yesterday.

Way to go Justine with your back squats! :-)

B) well...that was much harder that it first appeared
I also moded to 5 pull-ups after mon 5 or 6. 74
push-ups and 29 pistols

A) 100x6, then went back to 90 for another set of 6

B) Very happy about my first round: 10 solid C2B unbroken then 20 pushups. It was downhill after that lol. 2 sets of 5 C2B, then 8 pull ups and down to 7 pull-ups for the rest. Ended up with 63 pushups and 40 pistols.

b. 80 pushups and 27 pistols, modded to 5 c2b for the whole wod...I can't imagine doing 10 + the rest lolol.
