Sorry about the delay in posting and yesterday’s WOD disappearing. Blogger was having some technical difficulties, but all good now.

      5 Burpees
    13 GHD sit-ups

A) Finally broke 300 lbs on the deadlift! (302.5 lbs / 137 kgs)

B) As Rx'd: 5 Rounds + 6 GHD Situps

Got home and ate 2 pork chops and killed an entire broccoli!
