A) Finally broke 300 lbs on the deadlift! (302.5 lbs / 137 kgs)
B) As Rx'd: 5 Rounds + 6 GHD Situps
Got home and ate 2 pork chops and killed an entire broccoli!
A) Pr - 115 kg...should of had 120
B) 5 rounds + 1 GHD sit up Rx'd
