Wow that's an interesting link. Eye opening when you play with the numbers..I bet I'm not consuming enough calories.
Funny because if you "Zoned" before you might be sick of measuring etc...and who likes keeping a food journal?? But it would be cool to keep track for a week then refer back to this site, punch in your weight, BF etc and see if what you randomly do comes close to the numbers shown.
