Simple Way to Shed Pounds and Decrease Tiredness - Stop Eating This 

**Notes: 

There will be a Paleo Q&A on Saturday, July 23 at 12:00. We will also be discussing the 30 Day Paleo Challenge starting Aug 1.

Saturday, August 6 we will host a Paleo BBQ at the gym. We will have a sign up at the gym as it will be potluck style but BYOM (bring your own meat). Mark your calendars!!

Thanks Kaitlin. Just thought it'd be good to know if it was ONLY my DU's that sucked or if I shoulda used a different KB
...always something to improve upon! it was a good one :)

A) 55 kg (can't split jerk yet)
B) 16:30 rx

The kettle bells are in kilos ladies so if you were using a yellow it was 16 kilos!

At the garage in Windsor all the KB's are the same colour - metal - hahaha and I used 20lbs.

thanks for the input, I'm on my own so I'm only asking to make sure that I'm not too far off of what is being used/done :)
