Complete 8 rounds with 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest of the following:

Sit-ups

Rest 1 min between exercises

Gonna take the afternoon off today, upper body is very stiff and sore. Going to spend some time foam rolling

In round 5 of the box jump my foot slipped and cut up my shin. Bad enough that I had to stop there.
