If any one is interested...... I am currently stating a little challenge tomorrow. It's easy.... 100 burpees for 100 days, this is how I explained it on Facebook. The deal: as soon as some crazy people decide to join me on this it will begin(hopefully Saturday) the goal is then to complete 100 burpees for 100 consecutive days! You can break your burpees into sets through out the day, and bust them out anywhere, post to FB where and when or how you got it done. No cheatin'! You dont have to post evey day it's more a personal challenge. You can go hard core and do all 100 in a row, but maybe ease into it, after all, if you do the math.....I'm doing this because I Hate Burpees, and they suck, but maybe they will suck less if I do a lot! If we start Saturday, we will be done before New Year! Who's with me?
Thanks Everyone. Winning this was icing on the cake. I won the minute I started at Crossfit O-town. I want to really thank Melissa, Willie and Jay. You have created an extrodinary place. When someone asks me what I did to lose the weight I talk about you guys. Crossfit O-town is awesome. Run by great people who have attracted great people to work out there. I can not praise this place enough in getting me into better shape.
