WOD

A. Back Squat 5-5-5

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
     9 Deadlifts (155lbs / 70kg)
   12 Push-ups
   15 Box jumps (24")

Wasn't going for a max set, just work sets, but that was a PR.

Was playing with narrow stance squat, felt pretty good, should have gone heavier.

B: 11 Rounds + 9 Deadlifts.
Better then last year, but was aiming for over 12 rounds, think the ring dips and benching the day before was killing my pushups, which suck anyway.

Too slow on the box today, but better than last year by about 1 round.
