I wrote down the things everyone posted on the 28th. Keep posting if there is something you want on the next order. I will bring a list of everything on Sat Feb 11th. We can adjust the order from there. Keep posting if there are things you want added to the list...

I actually missed the 30 goblet squats today in the WOD?! WTF. My 10:56 is a LIE!!!!

Next WOD maybe I will do them at the end for punishment. I did go skiing today at Edelweiss.
