B. 1 round every 10:00 for a total of 3 rounds.
     Score is total working time (e.g. 4:01 + 4:15 + 4:45 = 13:01).
     10 Squat Snatch 50/35
     15 Push Press 50/35
     20 Squats 50/35
     25 Wall Ball

That was a fun WOD. Went too light as I was not confident with the snatch so my times were really low. Form needs a lot of work :-(

25 kg and 12 lbs wall balls (should do 16 next time...yet not a fan of wall balls)

This was my going away WOD when I left Wpg, but in true O-Town style, it is much heavier. Original was 95/65lbs and 20/14lb wall ball.
