A: strict pull up with red band, kipping pull up no band (woohoo!!!), and HSPU 2 blocks

C: 5:06 (tailbone sooo sore :-(

B) 4:56 Mod1 - 100kg

@ Kat - If you didn't already, use one of the mats next time, or one of those square rubber pads by the bars.
