A practice with 30. Thanks to Willie I may start to get thi movement.
B 16:17 w/35 db an 14 lb wall all. That was much harder than anticipated. I'm still sucking wind!

A) 25, 28, 30 practice

A) got to 55kg (as usual) and then went for reps at 50/52

B) 17:17 w/1.5 pood KB snatch. Sucking wind is right, the wall ball at the end were horrendous!

A: threw in the towel after the 4th practice set @ 30kg. Wrist was complaining.

B: epic fail. Subbed DU for burpees +10 each round ending @ 100. Missed the last 100DU and did the wall balls ending after 21:00. Royal suck.
