How to Say “No” to Yourself

Good article that addresses what I find the hardest part of fitness and health. It's easy to say yes to go to the gym and do the WOD. What's hard is saying no to the Chive at 11:15pm, or no to that extra beer on the weekly wing night, or no to going home right after the workout instead of stretching. Identifying the bad habits is the only way to replace them with good.
