A Just did handstands, already did pullup work the day before.
B Used a 20 Kilo KB, difficult but not horribly hard
C 3:49 could have done better on the row, shouldn't have paced myself so much. I was breathing hard afterward but had way more to give.
D OLY class Only got to 55 kilo jerk due to back issues and did 4 sets of 5 strict press with 30 and two sets with 35
