Hello,

I'm looking for a rideshare from downtown Ottawa (centretown area, or anywhere I could meet you) out to Crossfit.

A crossfit newbie from Kingston, I don't have a car and would appreciate the help!

I'm also working out in Kanata, so anyone going from work to Crossfit would be a possibility too.

A) over head squats x 5 to 125lbs
B) 15-10-5 toes 2 bar / 65lb thrusters / 3x double Unders
Around 11 minutes(DU kill me)

+ 100 Burpees (can't forget those...)
