Definitely something I won't soon forget...wow!

I've been doing this kind of training for years, and even did some on the weekend - I stirred some dough in a bowl, that counts as circular strength training, right?

B. 9 or 10 rounds plus 14 push ups. Completely lost count and was going off Alanas rounds but she lost count too.
