At Crossfit O the muscles grow
From barbells lined up, row on row
That mark our place for the WOD
Count my bumpers, yes, a MOD
Timer starts 11 rounds to go

We are the living, at least for now
We swing, we press, up with my chow

25kg for 2 rounds (then my back threw a fit)
9 rounds mod @ 30kg power cleans, burpees and jump squats 21:18 I think
