For those of us following the WOD's from overseas, is there s rx'd weight for the deadlifts?
Hey Jason, guys weight is 100kg, girls 70kg.
A. 46kg
B. 8:12 rx
A. 35kg for 3...twice
B. 10:50 something I think
cash out 100 situps: 2:47
A. 30x5, 31x4 and then 29x5 emom for 5 mins
B. 7:43 at 70kg
C. 3:08
a. 30x5x3
b. 7:36 with 70kg ..awoOo

C) 100 situps 3:50, the consensus is I lost count. I did 100 again when I got home...1:53.
