We're  thinking of leaving crossfit and taking on the new challenging venture of karaoke Yoga...anyone interested?

I must say that it was a VERY FUN WOD today, with 20+ CF'ers jumping over stuff all at the same time. Very supportive & dynamic 5pm class.
