After the handstand work, that 1st Burpee was a killer, much the same for the other 99 too ! Fun WOD.

A) L-sits on paralettes for 15 sec (up to 8th min then more like 10-11 sec), Handstand holds trying to come off and on the wall for 30 sec but by about the 8th min a 20-25 sec hold was all I had left

A) L-Sit on paralettes: 4 rounds @20 seconds and 8 @ 10 seconds. Handstand holds: 12 rounds @30 seconds.
