B) 82
B 83 band for pullups, and 30 for thrusters. I was stoked as I was able to maintain 5-6 thrusters the whole time and this was the first time since May that I was able to do thrusters. I'm still smiling :)

b. 71 w a 40k bar, strict pull ups and 4 pistols during the 45 sec break...Tiring!!!!
