Looking for a place to compete in the CrossFit Open?
We have everything a CrossFitter will need, all you will need is to bring is a video camera and $10. If you're already a member, FREE.
For WOD 2 we have registered as an Affiliate to judge your WODs. Depending on interest, we can arrange a time on Saturday, April 2nd for athletes to compete.
Please contact us to arrange a mutually agreeable time.

Free Classes at CF O-Town
You only have 2 days left of FREE classes!
We are located at 21 Grenfell Cres, Unit 2-3. Grenfell is just off Slack Road and Slack Rd is off Merivale.
Wed - Thurs classes will run on the hour starting at 4:00 with the last class starting at 6:00.
Bring your friends and see what CrossFit is all about!!!
Please bring your own water bottles as we do not have fountains, only taps. You'll definitely need it.
Don't forget, every Saturday are FREE classes as well. Limited to one class per person, bring a friend and each time you can train for FREE.
