Easter weekend is coming up and we are wondering when you would like to train. Please post to comments if you would prefer 9:00 - 11:00 or 3:00 - 5:00 on Friday and Monday. Or, would you prefer Monday to be regular hours. Saturday will remain the same.

Friday morning is my vote (then I can come home and do tax returns for the rest of the day). Monday regular hours would be great.

Thanks for the training today! I feel ready for the open WOD #4 on Saturday in Fredericton. I had never done an over head squat over 45 lbs prior, so getting to 110lbs was a big bonus! I guess it's a 65lbs PR? I'm not worried about the MU's, as I won't get that far, but I'll try.
WOD- 51-36-51=138. The rowing killed me, never did that before either.
See you guys again when I'm back in town!
