A) weighted pullups @ 35lb x 2 perB) 25kg snatch, 16lb wallball 7 rounds plus 4 wallball
A) Weighted pullups 10kg 7 rounds of 3 reps. B) 40 kg snatch - Rx wall ball 7 rounds plus 5 snatches.
