B. "The Bear Complex"
5 Rounds, 7 sets of the following sequence:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press
Rest between rounds as needed.
Notes: The Power clean must be separate from the front squat. No resting on the ground during rounds, not even to re-grip. You want to be at max load by round 4 or 5.

I think a new exercise was invented yesterday: "Bar to Spine Dropping Back Squats" ouch...
Joking aside, I liked that WOD. Good one.
Would like to know what Alex and Pete finished with on this one. Please post guys.
32kg. I did 35kg on set 5 but it was... messy. Also my spine hurts. :)
80 kg PR by 10 lb
it was fun, we tried 85 and got 5 rounds, then 90 and were able to get only 3 rounds.
