     300m run with slam ball
     50 squats with slam ball on right shoulder
     200m run with slam ball
     35 push-ups
     50 sit-ups
     300m run with slam ball
     50 squats with slam ball on left shoulder
     200m run with slam ball
     35 pull-ups
     50 KBS
