    1 min row for cals
    20 sec rest
    1 min GHD sit ups
    20 sec rest
    1 min Wall Ball
    20 sec rest
    1 min DUs
    20 sec rest

Also, if anyone has an extra vacuum kicking around we would love to have it. Ours died and we would rather buy bars and weights then vacuums!

I started the blog long before I started the Paleo lifestyle...so beware...lots of unhealthy stuff hiding in those pages!! I try to post as many healthy recipes as possible but I still cook a lot for friends and family and will post anything delicious!
