I started the blog long before I started the Paleo lifestyle...so beware...lots of unhealthy stuff hiding in those pages!! I try to post as many healthy recipes as possible but I still cook a lot for friends and family and will post anything delicious!
Eating sufficient amount of foods will help you have more stored energy.
