A) 105 kg for two. The second rep wasn't pretty.

B) 13:31 with a 45kg DB

So, I'd like to join in on the 30 Day Challenge... but the email address keeps failing when I try to send my email... Anyone have any ideas? Even if someone could forward me the info, that'd be great! :)

A) 1 RM @ 170lb ...just was not a good squat day :(

B) 13:39 with a 30lb DB

That was a great one. I managed to get all the 21's and half the 15's unbroken...why did the squat have to be so shitty and this go smoothly (smoothly=i can't see cuz of the sweat in my eyes!)haha
