20.49 with 35# DB, perhaps too ambitious there as it hard fast!
left shoulder is WAY weaker then right

I thought my arms hurt from the waiter walks but...then I got home and realized my quads hurt way worse from the GHDs. All good pain.
Ditto on the left shoulder.

YO! My left sucks compared to my right - wish I had of stuck with the 30 lbs and not tired to keep up with "Melisa the Machine".....
I"m sore in the abs and hams and a bit in the lower back (good mornings - haven't done those in like 6 months!)
