B) 15:14 Mod ring dips

A) 125 for 3, three sets. 135 for 1 felt heavy today.

B) 16:52 - Mod: 12 ring dips. Not the best dips ever but the best I could do.

Is running in the pouring rain some kind Mod?

B. 17.33 (15 ring dips, 1 round with black band, 4 rounds with red)

I loathe ring dips, obv because I cannot do them.
