A) 40kg x 1 clean and 3 jerks (still not adding too much weight to heal my back)

B) 2 plus 3 pullups; 2 plus 2 pullups; 2 plus 1 pullup

No tape on the bars? Hmmm that will take an extra chalk bath and some getting used to. :)
