Was beat after those deadlifts, a real fire breathing WOD
not bad. For a second i thought that was for a set of 5. Phew.... :-P
A) I was greedy because of last week's 140kg for 3 and went for too big of a jump after 130 and I got nowhere. You live and learn.
B) 173 mod: 45 lb DB.
