Looks worse than it is I think. Lots of ice and "constantly sedentary, low intensity, lack of movement" (the anti-crossfit). Oh, and some wine.
A) 65kg x 2, had 70kg back in December & having trouble matching it again
B) 4 + 3 cleans @ 60kg
A) 75kg off boxes (now if we could just translate that to a consistent 80kg off the ground that would be amazing)
B) 4 + 3 push ups - my forearms were not happy
Hey Charles. Sounds like you're doing all you can to get it better, wine therapy helped Laurie's back from time to time, so good idea there.
Since I'm commenting again I should clarify that my 5+6 T2B was with a Clean of 60kg. I'll get to Rx eventually.
A) 74 kg (4kg PR)
B) 6 + 3 cleans rx'd
