From CF Fredericton and will be in town for the week. Looking to get out to a few classes and am staying down on Rideau St near Aubrey's Meat. Looking to hitch a ride in with somebody and back. Can chip in some cash for gas. Schedule is flexible.
Back squat, worked up to 100kgx5 x3 Bench press, (sorry crossfit) worked up to 77kgx6 & 95.4x2 x3 Some other exercises that would get me banned from crossfit (yes I did curls, but I also did pull ups)
@ Andrew hopefully u can make it out, but I'm a westender as well.
Andrew, if you go to the MacKenzie King bridge in front of the Rideau Centre (by Sears) you can take bus 95 to Fallowfield Station and O-Town is about 8 km from there. Cabs are there so it will be easy to get to the gym. Someone should be able to drop you off at the bus station at the end of class
2 bus tickets each way. You can purchase them next to Sears from the OCtranspo booth

Self programmed at home (posting because I told myself I would in order to keep pushing through):
On the minute, ascending reps of the following sequence:
1. Pull up
2. Thruster (2 X 25lb)
3. Push up
4. Sit up
5. Squat
Completed 34 rounds:
1. Pull up (1;6;11; 10/16)
2. Thruster (2;7;12;17; 15/21)
3. Push up (3;8;13;18;22;25; 22/28)
4. Sit up (4;9;14;19;23;26;29; 25/31)
5. Squat (5;10;15;20;24;27;30;32;33;34; 20/35)
Forgot to mention - as soon as I failed at one exercise it was cut from the rotation. Pull ups didn't last long...
