A- 125kgx1 (pr)B - 10:49 (I think) and Jay gave me a mod by calling my hollow rocks no good :(Stuck around to do squats a second time working to 110x2 x2
A: 180kg Narrow SquatB: 7:49 with 32kg KB
A: 67 x 3 x 3 worked on getting deeper in my squats. Last set felt goodB: 9:56 16lb KB hollow rocks sucked big time. So sloppy. First time doing them.
A) 110kg x1 (pr) (almost 112 - next time!)B) 9.30
