I have made the order, and there is an envelop at the gym with everyone's amount owing written on it. Please leave the cash inside the envelop and sign your name beside your amount owing.

The 6 pm class was crazy busy, 20 or 21 people. The WOD was Tabata row (for me, I tore my hand yesterday, others did pullups) ghd, KBS, push-ups and only counting your lowest number for each one...7+7+7+7 for 28 total.

For the DL, practice @ 135kg.
