Great article! Everyone has an ego and even those non Rx-ers like me have to be reminded to make sure I'm doing my personal best.

Good article. Full range of motion and not counting bad reps is more satisfying than getting a good time with sloppy form. Remember you are only competing against yourself, and if you cheat, then you are only cheating yourself.

Busy week, can't make it in again, but shoulder could use the rest anyway.

A) ring dips with band, pistols to box, L-sit (man those are hard), rope climb with arms from floor to standing, and one attempt at a true climb (kinda tough with vibrams) but got up two arm lengths :-)

B) 6 + 10 PU with purple band

I like gymnastics day!
