I did 10 rounds total, one each with the available weights (5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50)
Then, on a treadmill: 2 X 800 @ 8.0 mph ; 4 X 400 @ 8.5 mph.

First off I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing. I've had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there. I truly do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 tto 15 minutes are wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints? Appreciate it!
