A: kipping PU no band. Was able to link 5 together first time around. HDPU to 2 blocks.

Congrats to all the ladies who climbed the rope. There was a fever today :-)

B: no score. Need to right it down as I go next time. Enjoyed the GHD situps. Would have been better if I wasn't winded from box jumps.

Oof. The new people from Blue Cactus were in for a treat. A treat called a "20 minute AMRAP". Nice to see a small girl with an asthma puffer leading the pack.
