@ Bry - all they're missing now are the noseplugs, bathing caps, one-piece bathing suits and glitter on the face. And the perma-smiles.

ROGUE ORDER SITREP

If you put something on the rogue order (you know who you are) please bring in the money and put it in the envelope and sign beside your name. The envelope is on the door inside the brown fridge at the gym.

The first batch of the order came in today, and I will bring it in ASAP

Did anybody see who stole all my pull? Or maybe i spent it all yesterday... yikes.
Worked at 50kg and didn't care to do more today.

A: practice with 30kg. Really struggling with a consistent pull :-(

B: 7 mod (red band and 30kg OHS) I think I may be ready for the black band :-D
