B) 11:27 sub'd pull ups for rope climbs...yeesh those get tiring fast!

B. 11.48 - 2x rope climb instd of pullups. Bad rope burn, most painful shower ever afterwards! Need to keep skins or socks in my bag for next time.
A- 75 kg...getting there!
B- 12:07 (mod with pull-up band)...i need to get used to this whole running thing
