A) Lots of practice at 50...starting to figure them out but not consistently. Planning to get 60 by end of April / early May.

Slow day...

A: practice with 30kg

B: 16:18 T2rings and HSPU to 2.5blocks...slow moving today. Box jumps aggravated my shin some how.

I noticed!!!!!!!

A) from blocks at 40 kg
B) 12:10 - kinda screwed up did 12 T2B all the way through and then made up my missed reps in the last set cause I figured it out lol!

I noticed the cleanliness! It was the first thing I noticed! It was like a breath of fresh air! It was also hard to NOT notice Willie cleaning up after everyone's chalk prints! Lol!
