B: 17:51, 35 DB, mod to ring push up
A) 112kg x 3 - PR
B) 15:43 Mod1 - 45lb DB
A) 110x3 a PR by 5
B) 16:24 mod: ring push-ups, 50 lb DB. It was a good weight.
@Kat, ya XFit isn't working for me too at the moment.
