A; HSPU x 5 with shortest part of purple block, kipping practice, hand stand practice,B; 3 + 16 DU mod
A: kipping practice no band, HSPU with two blocks, pistols sitting on 8'' box to standing.Was successful at 1 pistol rx both legs...so stoaked about that :-DB: 3 + 20 PU...DUs sucked this time :-(
A) kipping toes to bar and dipsB) 4 + 35 DU, mod pullups instead of C2B.
A) Handstand workB) 5+16 push ups
