A) HSPU w/ 1 blue block

B) 5 rounds Rx-ish, chest didn't touch the bar on every rep

A: kipping practice no band, HSPU with two blocks, pistols sitting on 8'' box to standing.Was successful at 1 pistol rx both legs...so stoaked about that :-D

B: 3 + 20 PU...DUs sucked this time :-(
