MLC - must have been the photo shoot that tired you out the day before. running around sans clothes has got to be tiring. New respect for models?
A: 55 x 1 failed 60 which I've done before, so I was a bit frustrated going into the WODB: 274 Rx
A) 40kg . Worked on form/technique (thanks for help Jay) B) 323 reps ( 278 DU / 45 Thrusters) Jay - thanks for "Defranco Agile 8" tip for warming up the hips. Good stuff!

@ Lynn you doubled your thruster weight and increased your score! Awesome!
A) 47kg x 1 prB) 233 with 25kg - first thrusters with a barbell in a long time - felt pretty good - double unders are getting there although not awesome today
