B. In 16 Minutes Perform the Following
Odd Minutes 12 Pull-Ups Unbroken
Even Minutes 16 Wall Ball Unbroken
Every time you break up the reps (come off the the bar or the wall ball stops or touches the ground) there will be a penalty of 4 burpees to be done at the end of the 16 minutes.

A. Measely 115kg, done this for 5 before :(
B. 8 burpees. Broke last 2 rounds of pull-ups. Used 16lb ball.
A: 115 x 3
B: 28 burpees rx all because of pull ups. Only able to do 1 round of 12 unbroken.
a. 190 x 3 (felt good, but ran out of time...)

I. HATE. WALLBALLS.
A) 84Kg x 3
B) 32 Burpees (but made it through 3 sets of unbroken PU (no band), but starting dying shortly there after. It's all good :-)
A) 146kg a PR by 1. The first rep was tough but it was solid after that. Definitely better reps than the last time I did 145x3.
B) 0 Rx. Very proud of that zero.
A) 125kg for 3 PR
B) 0 burpees with a 16lb ball - yay for butterfly pullups and rest!
buuuuuut...wallballs are essentially thrusters...and they made me sick.
